8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk
1/2 t. ginger
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
2 eggs, beaten

9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese till light and fluffy. Blend in the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie shell. Blend together remaining ingredients. Pour over cream cheese mixture to form second layer. Bake at 425' for 19 minutes, then 350' for 30-35 minutes until mixture is set. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed peanut brittle.
