¾ c. butter, softened (not melted)
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
½ c. raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In large bowl, cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beating well. Gradually stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and pecans.

Place half of dough evenly into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Spread raspberry jam evenly over dough in pan. Drop remaining dough by tablespoonfuls over jam, spreading evenly. Bake at 325º for one hour.
