2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 t. cornstarch
1 t. vanilla

9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla. Heat milk to boiling point. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and 1 white slightly. Beat 1 egg white to a stiff peak- add 1 T. sugar and beat again. Add altogether with hot milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and paprika.
