6 Pork chops
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp thyme
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup canola or vegetable oil
1 cup white wine or beef stock
4 medium or 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
½ large onion, thinly sliced
2 cups beef stock
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
½ cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350º
Spray baking dish with cooking spray, set aside. Mix flour, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Coat chops generously with flour mixture. Put oil in a frying pan over medium heat and brown pork chops. Once chops are browned add your choice of 1 cup wine or 1 cup beef stock, turn heat up to medium high. Remove chops to the prepared baking dish. Pour juice from frying pan over the chops. Put potatoes and onions on top. Pour beef stock into baking dish off to the sides, not over pork chops. Cover dish. Bake at 350º for 35mins. Remove from oven and uncover dish. Pour melted butter on top of potatoes and onions. Sprinkle parsley over top, then breadcrumbs. Return to oven uncovered for another 10 mins to brown top.
