2 cups cooked small pasta
2 cups chopped green beans
2 cups shredded spinach
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup pesto
½ cup parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions

2. Heat some olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add green beans & garlic and saute quickly just until garlic is fragrant and the green beans turn bright green.

3. Mix olive oil & pesto sauce

4. Toss green beans & garlic with pasta. Place in fridge to cool

5.When pasta mixture is cold, add spinach, olive oil pesto mixture, parmesan salt and desired amount of fresh squeezed lemon juice.

6. Toss & taste and adjust as necessary

Can also add bacon, tomatoes, chickpeas, fresh basil leaves
