Pastry for 9" lattice-top pie
3/4 c sugar
3 T flour
1/4 t cinnamon
dash salt
5 c fresh sliced peaches, peeled
2 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie plate with pastry.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
Add to peaches in bowl; mix lightly.
Fill shell; dot with margarine.
Adjust lattice crust, or use crumb topping, using recipe for one-crust pie.
Crimp edges.
Bake 40 min. at 400º F.
