1c. Finely Chopped Onion
1 c. Chopped Celery
2 c. Potato - Finely Chopped
2 cans Clams and Juice (6 1/2 oz. cans)
3/4 c. Flour
3/4 c. Butter
1 qt. Half and Half or milk & cream mix
1 1/2 t. Salt
Dash of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the juice from the clams over chopped vegetables. Add enough water to cover them and cook until just tender.
Make a white sauce using butter, flour, milk salt and pepper.
Add vegetables and clams, heat and serve.
