2 ½ cups coarsely chopped pecans
3 large eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
½ cup packed light brown sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread pecans evenly in an unbaked pie crust. Set aside. In a large bowl with a wooden spoon whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon together. Once completely combined and thick pour evenly over pecans. Bake pie for 40 to 50 min. or until the top is lightly browned. Remove pie from oven and let cool.
I cover the edge of the pie with aluminum foil before baking.
