1st Layer
1c Flour
1/2 c Butter (1 stick)
1T Water
1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
Mix and pack into a 9"x13" pan
Bake for 15 Minutes at 350º

2nd Layer
1c. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese
6 oz. Cool Whip
1t Vanilla
Mix and spread over the 1st layer

3rd Layer
1large pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 3/4 c. Milk
Mix and Spread on 2nd layer

4th Layer
6oz Cool Whip
1/4 c. Chopped Walnuts
Spread the Cool Whip over 3rd layer. Sprinkle with Walnuts
