Ingredients:  
4 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine, melted
1 c. chunky peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, melted butter and brown sugar together. Place in a jelly roll pan. Pat down. Bake at 350 for 10 -12 minutes. While baking, mix chocolate chips and peanut butter on low heat until melted. Spread over oats. Let cool until chocolate is firm. I usually place in the fridge when pan is cool to harden the chocolate.
