32 oz. chicken broth
1 cup wild rice blend
1 small onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1½ Tbs. butter
1½Tbs. flour
1 cup milk
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper
1 cup cooked chopped chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Add the broth, rice, onions, and celery to the pressure cooker pot.
Set the manual cook time for 35 mins.
Let the pressure release naturally while you make the white sauce.
On the stovetop, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Wisk in the flour and cook for one minute.
Gradually mix in the milk.
Cook over medium heat until it's bubbly and thickened.
Add the poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper
Release any remaining pressure in the instant pot.
Stir in the white sauce and chicken
Hit the saute button and cook until heated through.
Serve.
