5 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
1 can pineapple, crushed and drained
4 c. sugar
1 small box strawberry Jello

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, pineapple, and sugar in saucepan. Place over low heat and stir gently until sugar dissolves. Cook over medium heat until mixture becomes clear and thick, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry Jello. Stir to dissolve. Put in jars to seal. Delicious.
