1/2 c oil
3 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 c Spanish onion, diced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar

I bad of spinach (14 ounce)
2-3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
6-8 slices crisp bacon, chopped
4 ounces sliced mushrooms (optional)

Mix dressing ingredients, then pour on salad. I would use about 1/2 the oil, and use only half the dressing. Save the rest for your next salad
