1 lb of ground meat (beef or turkey)
8 oz of feta chees crumbles
1/2 sweet onion, chopped fine
1 tablespoon of steakhouse seasoning (such as McCormick brand Montreal Steak)
1 clove minced garlic (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meat with all other ingredients gently. Do not overmix. Form meat into patties. Place patties on grill or on a aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Cook until desired doneness. I usually bake mine in the oven at 350 degrees until medium done inside.
