½ cup Butter

4 cloves Garlic

¾ cup Bread Crumbs

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese

¼ tsp Parsley

¼ tsp Oregano

¼ tsp Black Pepper

⅛ tsp Salt

8 Boneless Chicken Breasts

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and cover the bottom with a thin layer or bread crumbs.

Step 2: Mince garlic. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and cook garlic until tender.

Step 3: In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheeses, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast into garlic butter then into the dry mixture. Coat chicken well then place them in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle extra garlic butter onto the chicken when finished and sprinkle on remaining crumbs.

Step 4: Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
