3 slices of bacon
1 onion, diced
2 C elbow macaroni
2 - 14 oz cans of tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. While that is cooking, fry the bacon slices in an iron skillet. Remove the bacon. Add the onion to the bacon grease in the skillet and fry until translucent. Add 1 can of tomatoes and let simmer. When the macaroni is cooked, drain and add back to pot. Add the the simmered onion and tomatoes, plus the other can of tomatoes and let simmer for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Crumble bacon on top.
