9 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped (good quality chocolate eg: Ghiradelli white chocolate baking chips)
2 cups coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
1/2 cup dry roasted low salt peanuts or chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate.

2. Stir in potato chips and pecans.

3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets OR into mini muffin papers. Refrigerate until set.
