10 Manicotti Noodles
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
2 eggs
1/2 grated parmesan cheese
1 can 10oz cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
2 cups shredded swiss cheese

1. Preheat oven 350ºF.

2. Combine onion , mushrooms and oil in large bowl; microwave on high for 2 minutes.

3. Stir in chicken, eggs and Parmesan cheese.

4. Fill manicotti shells with chicken mixture and place in buttered 9x13 dish, set aside.

5. Combine soup and milk in a bowl. Microwave on high 3-5 minutes or until hot. Stir in swiss cheese and microwave 1 minute longer or until cheese melts. Pour over stuffed manicotti.

6. Cover casserole with foil and bake 40 minutes.

(if using non-oven ready manicotti noodles, cook about 8 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water).
