APPLES:

4 Baking apples (Granny Smith. Honeycusp. Jonagold. Braeburn
of Pink Lady work well)
2 Tbsp. butter

TOPPING:

6 PRIVATE SELECTION Ultimate Chocolate Chunk Cookies,
crumbled
1/2 cup PRIVATE SELECTION White Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup roasted, salted pecan pieces
4 Tbsp. caramel sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Slice each apple in half from top to
bottom. Use a melon baller or paring knife and metal spoon to
scoop out the core and seeds. Arrange flesh side up in a baking
dish filled with about 1/4 inch of water, and place a small pat of
butter in each apple cavity. Bake, covered, tor 3045 minutes until
apples become tender (baking time will vary based on apple size
and type).
While apples bake, combine the crumbled cookies, chocolate
chips, and nuts in a bowl. Carefully remove apples from the oven
and divide the topping mixture evenly, mounding onto the top
of each apple. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, for an
additional 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with
caramel sauce. Refrigerate any leftovers.
