4 sticks butter (2 cups)
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 bag mini marshmallows
12 cups Special K
Directions:
Directions:
Melt your butter in a large stockpot over medium/low heat. Add packed brown sugar and sugar. Stir. Add vanilla. Add the whole bag of mini marshmallows to the mixture and stir until melted. After everything is melted and creamy, remove from the stove and add in Special K. Stir well. Drop into handful size globs to cool.
