9” deep dish pie crust
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups swiss cheese, grated
1 lb bacon, diced and cooked
6 green onions chopped
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Prick bottom of pie crust w/fork and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degree. Mix eggs and cream. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Pour into pie crust. Dot the top with butter.

Bake 60 minutes.

I call this Lynette's quiche because it is her recipe. We worked together for years at Weyerhaeuser and every time we had a potluck I requested that she bring her quiche.
