1 pkg of flour tortillas
15 thin slices of beef (deli-not rare)
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese (softened)
Salt
Pepper
Horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
* Mix cream cheese with horse radish, salt and pepper (to taste)
* Spread thin layer on tortillas
* Lay slice of beef on top of mix and roll tortilla
* Wrap each roll separately in plastic wrap and refrigerate
* When ready to eat, unwrap and slice each roll about 1" wide.
