1 egg white unbeaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Place egg white, sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla in a small bowl mix well. Add boiling water. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer to stiff peaks 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut.
