2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. heavy cream
2 t. vanilla extract
pinch table salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the butter and powdered sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.

2. Mix on low speed at first, then increase speed until combined.

3. Add in heavy cream, salt and vanilla extract. Mix on medium to high speed for 8
minutes, scraping down sides occasionally. Mix until very creamy.

4. If not using immediately, store in a container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Mix again until light and fluffy.
