6 Tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 Tablespoons milk
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Yellow food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, cream butter gradually beat in half of powdered sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Add rest of sugar and lemon juice. Add lemon peel. Add coloring drop at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Frosts 2 -9 in layers.
