1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp salt


1 ½ pounds broccoli, cleaned

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, Tabasco sauce and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. Separate the broccoli florets from the stems. Peel the stems, if the exterior is tough or fibrous, and cut them into slices about ½-inch thick by 2 inches. Arrange the broccoli florets and stems on an ovenproof plate and place in a steamer (mine is stainless steel). Steam, covered, over boiling water for 11 to 12 minutes. Toss gently with the sauce and serve.
