1 Butternut Squash
Mozzarella- shredded
Parmesan - shredded
Cheddar- shredded

Pre-heat oven to 325
Use approx. tablespoon of butter to grease 9x9 pan
Peel and de-seed the butternut squash. Cut it into 1/4- inch slices
Layer bottom with squash, top with mozzarella
Layer again with squash, top with parmesan
Layer again with squash, and top with mozzarella
Pour over approx. 1/4 to 1/2 cup cream, salt if desired
Bake for 1 hour (+} till top appears caramelized
