1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 small diced yellow onion
1 egg - beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
600g of passata sauce
3 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix together the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the passata sauce.
3) Form this mixture into the shape of a loaf and place it in a shallow pan.
4) Stir together the remaining passata sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard & Worcestershire. Pour this sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the pan juices.
5) Enjoy!
