1 big round of brie cheese cuz it's so good!
1 box of phyllo pastry
cooking spray
Blackberry jam
Directions:
Directions:
Layer four squares of phyllo on top of each other, rotating them to make a star, spraying each piece with cooking spray so the phyllo doesn't get hard and crumble (you have to work fairly quickly)

Place the brie in the centre of the phyllo and top it with a generous amount of blackberry jam.

Fold up the edges of the phyllo to the middle of the round of cheese and squeeze the ends together to seal the jam inside.

Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and freeze.

Preheat oven to 400º F and bake brie for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
