1 can(15.5 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, drained, and reserve juice
½ cup sugar
2 TB flour
1egg, beaten

1 cup pecans, halves or pieces
3 bananas, sliced
2 cups (11 oz) mandarin oranges
3 medium unpeeled apples chopped
½ pd seedless grapes, halved

Step 1

In a large bowl, prepare all fruit and pecans.

Step 2

Place reserved juice in a saucepan, add sugar,flour, and beaten egg.
Stirring, cook over low heat, until thickened.
Cool sauce, and pour over prepared fruit and pecans.
