8 slices bread
2 c. turkey
½ c. onions
½ c. celery
½ c. mayo
salt
pepper
1 4 oz. can mushroom
2 beaten eggs
⅓ c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
½ c. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 slices bread. Cut into ½" cubes, set aside. Cut remaining bread into 1" cubes. Put ½ in dish. Combine vegetable and meat, mayo, and seasoning. Spoon over cubes. Top with remaining cubes. Combine egg and milk and pour over all. Cover & chill overnight. Spoon soup over all. Sprinkle with buttered cubes and bake 50 minutes at 325º. Sprinkle with cheese last 5 minutes.
