6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 slices of bread - cubed
1 lb sausage (we use Bob Evans Original)
1.5 cups grated cheese (mild or sharp)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard or 1 tbsp squirt or brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and break up into chunks, drain and set aside
Mix eggs, milk and salt together – using mixer until combined
Add bread, cooked sausage, mustard and cheese
Pour into 13x9 baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight

Bake uncovered at 350 for around 45 mins (adjust based on your oven)

To make a larger batch we add extra eggs, extra milk and up to 1 more slice of bread
Or we replace the bread with cooked diced potatoes
