Ingredients: Ingredients depend on amount of servings needed and if you want leftovers Chicken of your choice, my family liked thighs and legs 1 large onion sliced 4-5 carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch wedge Red potatoes I use the smaller red potatoes Sweet potatoes can be used but cut larger, they cook quicker than white
Salt Pepper 1T Garlic powder 1 T Italian seasoning

Directions:Ingredients depend on servings and if you want leftovers saute chicken, If you have time on medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes each side
otherwise add clean raw chicken to casserole pan and cook for 45-50 minutes covered or uncovered. Remember to remove foil last 10-15 minutes to brown
If you sauté - Add to large casserole with onion, carrots, potatoes
Bake at 400º for about 35-40 minutes until juices run clear or check with meat thermometer 160º Remove from oven and enjoy dinner

Clean chicken Cut veggies of your choice Any vegetables may be used adjust cooking time accordingly
