1 (3½ to 4 lb) chicken, cut up
½ c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1 stick margarine
1 pkg corn bread stuffing
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c chicken broth
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water to cover until tender. Remove chicken, reserving 2 cups broth. Cool, debone, and chop chicken. In a skillet, saute onion and celery in margarine. In a large bowl, combine chicken, sauteed vegetables, and stuffing mix. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine soups with the reserved broth; pour over casserole. Arrange egg slices down center of casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
