1 1/3 cup cocoa
6 cups sugar
1/2 t salt
3 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter 9 x 13 pan. Thoroughly combine dry ingredients in saucepan; stir in milk. Bring to bubbly boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil, without stirring, to 232 degrees or until small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla; do not stir. Let fudge cool at room temperature to lukewarm (approximately 110) Beat till fudge thickens and loses its gloss. Quickly pour into prepared pan. Cool and cut into pieces.
