1 cup shortening
2 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ¾ cup flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
mix the sugar, shortening, and eggs together
sift in the salt, flour, tartar and baking soda
roll the dough into walnut sized balls
roll them into the sugar and cinnamon
place onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart
