1 egg beaten
1/2 cup and a wee bit more sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp mustard level (dry)
2 tsp flour (a little more than level)
Pinch of salt
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to egg and beat. Add water and vinegar. Salt and butter, mix dry mustard and flour with a little water and thicken mixture with this. Cool and add to whipped cream until as thick and flavored as you like it and add to shredded cabbage.
