Dry Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk

Additional Ingredients:
8 hot dogs, cut in half
Cookie or cake pop sticks
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Vegetable or corn oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Pour vegetable oil into large saucepan Until pan is half full. Place pan over medium high heat. Heat to 350º.

Whisk all dry ingredients in large bowl and wet ingredients into small bowl. Add wet into dry and whisk to get a thick batter, set side.

Place sliced hot dog onto sticks. Place flour in small bowl.

Working in batches, drench hot dog in the flour then in batter. Deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes, turning the corn dog to brown on all side. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Enjoy!
