3 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups shortening (Crisco)
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs vinegar
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, salt, shortening. Add vinegar to milk slowly stir into flour - shortening mixture. Roll out to make 2 single crusts or one double-crust pie. Dough may be frozen for future use.
