2 lb yloow squash
2 t parsley flakes
3 T chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
3 eggs beaten
½ t Tabasco sauce
½ c melted margarine
2 c cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in small piece.
Boil 3 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Add onion, eggs and seasonings.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into 1 qt. buttered casserole dish.
Mix butter and crumbs.
Pour over top.
Bake 350º
35 to 40 minutes or until browned.
