1 pkg frozen spinach
4 eggs
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c milk
salt & pepper to taste
2 green onions chopped
1 deep dish pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain.
Beat eggs and add milk, grated cheese and green onion. Add salt and pepper.
Add drained spinach to mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 350º
45 minutes
Make sure mixture is firm in the center.
