2 pkg dry yeast
1½ c sugar
1 T salt
1 egg
¼ c melted oleo
6 - 7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1¾ c luke warm water, in mixer bowl. Stir in sugar and salt until dissovled. add egg, oleo and 3 c flour. Beat on highspeed 2 minutes. Add 1 c flour at a time, gradually. Beat until no longer sticky. Place dough in a greased bowl. Brush oil on top. Let rise 2 hours in refrigerator or until double in bulk. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Brush melted oleo on top. Place in a warm place to rise. Put a damp cloth over the top. Let rise until double in size. Bake 350º 15-20 minutes or until brown. Doug will keep 7 days in refrigerator.
