2½ cups shortening
2½ cups brown sugar
2½ cups white sugar
5 eggs
¼ cup milk
2 T. Vanilla
2½ tsp baking soda
2½ tsp baking powder
2½ tsp salt
5 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream the first six ingredients
2. Then dry ingredients
3. Add oats last.
4. Drop by spoon.
5. bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes

Makes 6-8 dozen
