8 Tbls. parsley
20 whole cloves
40 peppercorns
4 bay leaf
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp thyme
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but bay leaf together.
Using coffee filters or cheese cloth make 4 small bundles adding a bay leaf to each.
Tie with string so bundle is enclosed.
Store in a jar.
Use 1 bundle to flavor soups or stews.
