1 pkg, 8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Cream cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, blend the flour and baking soda. Mix the two bowls of ingredients together. This mix will become pretty firm. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.

Pull from refrigerator, roll out on a floured surface and cut out cookies (3" size cookie cutters work best).

Bake on greased cookie sheets. Frost or top with powdered sugar or sprinkles!
