Preheat oven to 450* Line a cookie sheet with non stick foil.

½ c mayonaise
1 t old bay seasoning
2 T lemon juice
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t salt
½ c crushed potato chips
4 6oz. fillet of sole

Combine the 1st 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Put the potato chips in a plastic baggy and squish the bag to make crumbs. Place the fish on the cookie sheet and slather the mayo mixture on top of the fillets. Generously spoon the potato chip crumbs on top of the mayo mixture and gently pat them down.

Bake the fish for 10-14 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
