1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 small can of pumpkin
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 pan. Mix other ingredients together and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes.

PINEAPPLE GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
- Add a can of 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple to cream cheese filling and omit pumkin and spice

PEANUT BUTTER GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
-Use a chocolate cake mix and add 1 c. creamy peanut butter to cream cheese filling in place of pumpkin and spices.
