Ingredients:  
1 can corn, drained or 2 ears corn, husked and cooked, cutting corn off the cobs.
2 yellow squash, diced
cup water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 box stovetop stuffing
Gravy, 1 pouch of dry mix or homemade

Directions:
Directions:
- Put the squash in a skillet with water and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain any excess water from skillet.
- Stir in corn, butter, parsley, salt and pepper into squash; cook, stirring occasionally, until heater through, about 5 minutes.
- I like to serve this with stovetop stuffing and gravy and mix it all together.
