Pepperoni Spaghetti Recipe

12 oz. of uncooked spaghetti
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 1 lb. pkg mild sausage
2 ounces of pepperoni, cut in half (about 30)
1 - 32 oz. jar pasta sauce (I use Prego Traditional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 - 8 oz. bag of shredded Italian cheeses

Cook spaghetti and salt - drain well

Brown sausage and drain off grease

Wipe skillet clean and cook pepperoni about 4 minutes or until crisp

Mix sausage, spaghetti, pasta sauce, 1/2 of the pepperoni

Place in 9x13 baking dish (sprayed with Pam), top with the cheeses, then place the other pepperoni slices on top of the casserole

Cover with aluminum foil that has been sprayed on the inside with Pam

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, then remove the alum. foil and bake another 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and just begins to brown
