1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 package (1.4 ounce) French Onion soup mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise (may need a little extra)
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and soup mix in a large plastic food bag. Brush chicken generously on all sides with mayonnaise. Place chicken, 1 piece at a time, in bag and shake to coat well. arrange on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425 degree oven15 minutes or until tender.
